Official Terms & Conditions

Edge (the “Venue”) is pleased to offer a special giveaway (the “Promotion”). During the month of August, every customer that posts a picture from the Venue on social media (Instagram, TikTok or Facebook) and tags us (@EdgeNYC) will be randomly entered into a drawing for a daily giveaway of a $100 gift certificate for Peak with Priceless (“Giveaway Item”).

The Promotion is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By entering the Venue during August 4 – August 31, 2026, guests acknowledge and agree to these terms.

The Promotion runs exclusively from August 4 – August 31, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion begins when the Venue opens on August 4 and concludes at closing time on August 31. Edge reserves the right to modify or end the Promotion Period at any time, with or without notice.

To be eligible to receive a Giveaway Item, a guest must:

•       Hold a valid same-day ticket to Edge, purchased through an authorized ticketing channel

•       Present that ticket upon entry to Venue staff for scanning and verification

•       Be physically present at the Venue at the time of entry

•       Post a photo or video from the visit to Edge on the guest’s own social media account (Instagram, TikTok or Facebook), tagging us (@EdgeNYC) (an “Eligible Post”)

A guest is eligible for a maximum of one Giveaway Item during the Promotion Period.

Each day a guest will be selected at random from the universe of all guests who made an Eligible Post in the prior 24 hours.

No guest may request or claim prize eligibility. In the event of a dispute, the selection made by Edge staff shall be conclusive.

Giveaway Items:

•       Have no cash value and may not be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash or credit

•       Are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded

•       Cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged after distribution

Edge reserves the right to substitute a Giveaway Item of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.

Winners will be notified by direct message on the social media platform through which they made the Eligible Post.

KRE HYOD Owner LLC, as owner of Edge, is not responsible for items after they have been distributed to the eligible guest.

KRE HYOD Owner LLC and its affiliates and partners shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by any guest in connection with this Promotion or any Giveaway Item. KRE HYOD Owner LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to any Giveaway Item.

KRE HYOD Owner LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to supply shortages, operational requirements, or circumstances beyond our control. Any changes will be communicated via Edge’s official channels where practicable.

By submitting an Eligible Post, each entrant represents and warrants that they own or have the necessary rights to the content. Entrants grant KRE HYOD Owner LLC, Edge, and their affiliates a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, display, distribute, and repost the Eligible Post, together with the entrant’s name, likeness, and social media handle, on Edge’s websites, social media channels, and other marketing and promotional materials, without further notice or compensation, except where prohibited by law.

By entering Edge during the Promotion Period, guests agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and accept Edge’s decisions as final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law. Edge’s standard ticketing terms and conditions continue to apply in full.
